All employees encountered were extremely friendly, courteous and very helpful. When asked questions, they made you feel like your were not bothering them as some other hotel brand employees do. Do not remember the gentlemens name who checked me in but he was very friendly and courteous, explaining basically everything the hotel had to offer.
